Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds

We do not accept refunds once an order has been placed, except in the following case:

  • A refund request is submitted within 48 hours of placing the order, and

  • The order has not yet generated a shipping tracking number (i.e., not yet fulfilled or shipped).

If these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Please note: Once a shipping label has been created or the order has been handed to the carrier, no refund can be processed.

Exchanges

  1. Request timeframe
    Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the goods, as confirmed by our official shipping records.

  2. Acceptable reasons for exchange
    Exchanges are only accepted for products with defects or damage caused by manufacturing flaws during production.
    Damage resulting from customer misuse, mishandling, or improper storage will not be accepted.

  3. Evidence required
    Customers must provide photo or video evidence taken before and during the unboxing process to support their claim.

  4. Important Notice

    Failure to meet the conditions above, or failure to provide the required proof of evidence, will result in the rejection of the exchange request.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within China)
Orders shipped within China will be processed and delivered within 5–7 business days.

International Shipping
International orders will be processed and shipped within 10–15 business days, depending on the delivery location and order confirmation.

Customs & Duties
For international shipments, customers are responsible for all applicable import tariffs and taxes

Pre-Orders
Please note: Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped only when all items are ready.

Delivery Status
Once the shipping status is updated to "Delivered", the store shall not be held responsible for any lost packages or any issues arising thereafter.

Pre-Order Policy

  • Items marked with a "Pre-Order" tag are typically from our newest collection launches.

  • Estimated shipping time for pre-order items is 20–30 business days.

  • Please refer to the official announcements on our website for the most current estimates.
